Question

i have asked question earlier with question .no 2531915 ...but in you have not answered my important question i.e., making money from ptc sites [[[to know more about ptc sites see my question and read links given in it]]]....here i actually know that making money from ptc sites is haram but is it permissable for me as i dont have any other option to make money and also i have few diseases ...going to interview with stampering is possible but i also have a inferiority complex ,due to that i can't give any interviews ...which i already discussed in my question... so basically my question is can i make money from that haram source or for a muslim when it is permissable to eat income from haram source

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

We have already clarified to you in the previous Fatwa 268345 that it is not forbidden to earn money from all paid-to-click, but there are Islamic conditions for their permissibility, among which is that the subscription should be free and the advertisements that the subscriber takes a fee for viewing should be permissible ads that do not involve Islamic prohibitions.

One may search for such of these sites that are in conformity with the Islamic regulations or search for another work that does not require a personal interview or work outdoors.

Indeed, whoever seeks lawful provision will find it, and whoever fears Allaah, Allaah will spare him all the troubles of his affairs, make a way for him out of his difficulty and provide for him from sources which he never expects.

If one does not find a way to earn enough for his necessities of living and those of his dependents except by doing such work, then it becomes permissible for him to do this work only to the extent whereby his need and legitimate necessity are fulfilled until he finds another permissible form of work.

Allaah says (what means): {But whoever is forced [by necessity], neither desiring [it] nor transgressing [its limit], there is no sin upon him. Indeed, Allaah is Forgiving and Merciful.} [Quran 2:173]

Clarifying the extent of necessity, some scholars said: "The necessity is when a human being faces incidence of danger or severe hardship insofar as he fears harm or damage to his life, body, honor, mind or property or anything related to these things, in which case it is incumbent or permissible to commit what is forbidden or to abandon a religious duty or delay it until after its time as a way of warding off harm according to what is believed to be likely within the restrictions of the religion." [End of quote excerpted from Nathariyyat Adh-dharoorah Ash-Shar‘iyyah]

Allaah Knows best.
