Can I work for a company (in the government sector) that fabricates condoms?

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

The condom is an item that is used for both lawful and unlawful purposes. There is no harm in manufacturing and selling such an item. However, if it is known that the buyer will use it in what is unlawful, then it becomes forbidden to manufacture it and sell it to him.

Therefore, there is nothing wrong, in principle, with working in this company.
